CODE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Between M. Didar (Developer) and Amdad (Client)

1. OWNERSHIP

The complete source code, including all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related files ("the Code") is the exclusive intellectual property of M. Didar ("Developer").

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Developer grants Amdad ("Client") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Code solely for the NiceAleya.org website project.

3. STRICT PROHIBITIONS

Client may not sell, lease, or transfer the Code to any third party
Client may not reuse the Code for other projects
Client may not remove copyright notices or license information
Client may not reverse engineer or create derivative works

4. DEVELOPER RIGHTS

Developer retains all rights to modify, reuse, or distribute the Code for other purposes. Developer may audit code usage at any time.

5. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

Violation of this agreement constitutes copyright infringement under Bangladeshi and international law. Developer reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including monetary damages and injunctive relief.
